Scholarships

The Connect 2 Tech Scholarship is for students who are interested in pursuing a certificate or degree in Health Information Technology at the University of Arkansas Monticello (UAM) or a certificate or degree in Behavioral Health Technology at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Both programs are available online and/or in person at either college campus.

The scholarship will be a full tuition, fees, books, and supplies paid scholarship renewable each semester with funds being paid directly to the college. Scholarship recipients will also receive a laptop to assist with completion of program, paid certification, internship placement assistance, and job placement assistance.

Curriculum

Available through UAM-Crossett/McGehee:

  • Certificate in Health Information Technology available online and in person

Available through PCCUA:

  • Certificate in Behavioral Health Technology available online and in person

Available through UA Grantham:

  • Certificate in Electronic Health records - online
  • Certificate in Medical Coding and billing - online
  • Associates degree in Medical Coding and billing
  • Associates degree Medical Administrative Assistant - online
  • Bachelor's Degree - Health Information Management - online
