CEO, Medical Center of South Arkansas

Scott Street, Chief Executive Officer at Medical Center of South Arkansas, has served in healthcare leadership roles for over 29 years.  Street is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO earning a Master of Healthcare Administration degree and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, AR with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.  

Street is currently leading MCSA in a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion project including second, third, and fourth floor patient rooms, new Cafe, Bistro, Lobby, Conference Center, three level Medical Office Building, new Medical Service Lines and additional Physician Specialties.  Alliance’s with Arkansas Heart Hospital, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, UAMS, and a partnership with Landmark Cancer Center’s for a comprehensive Cancer Center on the campus, has been established. During his leadership, MCSA was named one of Arkansas Business’s Best Places to Work in 2019.

An advocate of community growth and partnership, Street has participated on civic, non-profit and corporate boards throughout his career.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the School of Business Advisory Board at Ouachita Baptist University; SHARP Bancshares Board of Directors; Bank of Cave City Board of Directors; and locally serves on the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the South Arkansas Community College Foundation Board of Directors.
