Lynn Caldwell Hawkins

Bio

Lynn Caldwell Hawkins is currently contracted to the Arkansas Rural Health Partnership (ARHP) as the organizations Vice President of Programs. Lynn has more than 17 years’ experience working with non-profit organizations focusing on community and network development, program implementation, grants management, and advocacy to build and strengthen existing programs or in developing programs to improve the quality of life for rural Arkansas.  As the Chief Officer of Special Initiatives, Lynn manages a grant portfolio of 5 grants covering up to 20 counties in south Arkansas and oversees the Arkansas Rural Health Partnership’s grant programs addressing training opportunities, chronic disease programs, behavioral and mental health services, and access to care throughout the Arkansas Delta.  

Lynn currently participates on state and regional boards and commissions, including the Arkansas Division of Rural Services Commission, Congressman Rick Crawford’s Delta Regional Economic Advancement Council, and the UAMS East Advisory Council representing the Arkansas Delta region.  Lynn is known for her passion for advocating for rural Arkansas.  She works closely with state and federally elected officials in working to secure funding for programs to improve the quality of life for residents throughout the Arkansas Delta.  

Lynn lives in Phillips County with her husband and children and is a lifelong resident of the Arkansas Delta.
