Heather Perry

Project Director - Mental Health Outreach Program/Rural Health Opioid Program

Heather Perry is currently contracted with the Arkansas Rural Health Partnership as the Project Director for both the Mental Health Outreach Program and the Rural Health Opioid Program. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2014 and Master of Public Health with a specialization in Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2016. Heather has worked in the health care industry for over a decade, specializing in diabetes education, Medicare enrollment and social work. She is a certified Adult, Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a certified SBIRT Instructor, a certified Lead Trainer for the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) by the University of Illinois at Chicago, a volunteer for Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) and a member of the Arkansas Chapter of Society of Public Health Education (SOPHE).
